The Baalbek Orient Grill in Bydgoszcz was more famous for its grilled meats than its salads. But they wanted to do more to appeal to their health-conscious customers. So we suggested they add three new salads to their menu, based on our customer research: greek, grilled chicken and seasonal. But we also convinced them to put a new salad cooler right next to the till. Now people can see fresh, appetising salads when they order. And salad sales are up 800%. In fact, their new cooler paid for itself in the first month.
