WACS, the World Association of Cooks' Societies, is a non-political, professional organisation, dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of global cuisine's. The 32nd Congress of WACS is to be held in Auckland, New Zealand from the 12th to the 16th of March 2006. The 2006 Congress will provide a host of workshops, seminars, demonstrations and forums. All delegates will experience the latest in culinary innovations, techniques and trends.
